Who We Are

APK Operations was founded by Tony Kruschel. I have been in the building industry and have worked in the Chicagoland area since 1972. Having attended Chicago Technical Institute for architectural engineering, I have been involved in all sorts of construction/remodeling projects:

Come to your location to get an understanding of the job you wish to complete.
Create a drawing of what we think the final project will look like.
Help you to select the various components you would want in the project.
Create a formal estimate and final drawing of the project, for you to approve.
Obtain your acceptance of the estimate and set a schedule for completion of the job.
Provide you with status reports along the way, should the job go longer than a few days.

We are licensed and bonded in all the work we do and are very confident in our work but if you decide to work with a different contractor, we also offer our services to you to be able to evaluate another contractor.
